Booking a course
You can book a course by email, telephone or by completing the online booking form. We will confirm your acceptance and send you an invoice 40 days before the course starts.

Payment
The invoice must be paid within 10 days and we must receive the full payment 30 days before the course starts.

Information pack
We will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the course and accommodation two weeks before your departure at the latest. If you require this sooner, please contact us.

The information pack will include:

- School information – address, contact details, map, necessary to take, regulations
- Accommodation information - address, contact details, map, necessary to take, regulations
- Airport transfer information - meeting point, contact details

Accommodation

Homestay
Host family accommodation is provided from Sunday to Sunday. If you would like a different arrival and departure days, please provide us with this information when booking a course.

When booking a course, please state whether you require smoking or non-smoking accommodation, without pets, without children, and whether you would like a single or shared room.

You will be provided with information regarding your accommodation when booking.

Hotels
Hotels can be booked through us. When booking a course, please state whether you would like a single or double room, and which hotel you would like to stay in.

Public holidays
Most schools are closed on public holidays but some do operate as usual. We will provide you with this information when you inquire about a course. Schools that are closed on public holidays try to make up the lost time throughout the duration of the course.

Late arrivals
Proud Corporate cannot refund any money for late arrivals or missed lessons due to absence or late arrival.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be announced to Proud Corporate.

If cancellations are received more than 21 days before the start of the course only the course reservation fee will not be returned.

If cancellations are received 21 to 7 days before the start of the course the course reservation fee and 50 percent of the course fee will not be returned.

If cancellations are received 7 to 0 days before the start of the course the course reservation fee and 100 percent of the course fee will not be returned.

Changes to courses
Changes to course can be made in advance but is dependent on availability at the school.

Airport transfers
Tranfers be booked together with the course. It may be possible to add airport transfers at a later date but this depends on the school.

Prices
All prices shown on our website and in other materials are subject to change. Prices shown in Czech Crowns are only an approximation. You will be given a final calculation when you contact us. After receiving the invoice, the final price will not change. Any fluctuations in exchange rates after the invoice is paid will be covered by Proud Corporate.

Printing errors
Proud Corporate makes every effort to ensure that information is correct and accurate. However, PC cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in information including prices.
