How long a course should I take?
We understand that it difficult to take a long time off work. Most of our exclusive clients take a one-week or two-week course; or non-exclusive clients usually take a two-week course, and our career specific clients anything from a week to ten weeks.

How many lessons a week should I take?
We recommend the more intensive, the better – this maximises you results. Should you wish to take a course with a sport such as golf – a less intensive course is needed.

What accommodation should I take?
This depends on the type of person you are, the type of course you would like to take and the location. For our exclusive courses we recommend residential and hotel accommodation. Homestay is a good option for people wishing to spend time and converse with a family.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Many courses give you a certificate on successful completion. You will be given this information when discussing what course is right for you.

Can I take an exam?
Yes. We can arrange for you to take an exam course. The exact course depends on your level and most of our training centres offer Cambridge exams.

Can you arrange flight tickets?
Yes. We can arrange a quote for travel and the ticket can be booked through our supplier Carlson Wagonlit.

Do I need insurance?
Yes, but very often our clients already have international health and travel insurance. We will check this with you so as not to unnecessarily offer it.

How do I pay for a course?
Most of our clients pay by bank transfer after receiving an invoice. Alternative methods of payment can also be accepted.

What is included in the price?
We will clearly specify what is included in the price and what is not. This depends on the chosen training centre and what level of service you require from us.

How will I be invoiced?
We will issue and invoice and you will pay us directly; we will then pay the training centre. Alternatively, we will issue an invoice and you can pay the training centre directly.

How long in advance do I need to book a course?
Courses should be arranged six weeks in advance. We know though that this is often not possible so we often organise courses with just a few weeks’ notice. The further a course is arranged in advance, the greater the guarantee you have of availability for the course and accommodation.

What happens if I cancel the course?
Most courses have a 28 day cancellation period, whereby if you cancel within this period you will lose the course deposit. If you cancel at the last minute, normally a week before the course starts, we will negotiate a settlement with you. All cancellation details will be clearly presented to you before signing the contract.

We only cooperate with training centres we have good experience with and that we know offer high quality, result driven courses. We believe in quality not quantity and we strive to build and develop our relationship with our training centre providers.

Who are your clients?
As we mainly deal with career specific and exclusive courses the majority of our clients are multi-national and specialised industry companies, and government ministries and institutions. We do though also deal with smaller companies and individuals and we value them just as much as the larger companies and institutions.

We offer STANAG 6001 SLP 2222, 3333, 4444, NATO and UN mission English, and English for military science.
